Refunds are accepted by the Company. For more information regarding a list of items that are exempt from returns, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Damaged Laundry

Any damaged items must be reported to www.laundrykaki.my and attach with digital photos within 48 hours after receiving the clean clothes. All reimbursements for damaged wash and fold items shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load. The reimbursements will be credited into your Members Account.

2. Lost Laundry

Any missing items must be notified within 24 hours upon receiving the clean clothes to our Helpline (60) 18-213 1136. We are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported early. Reimbursement for lost wash and fold items shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load. The reimbursements will be credited into your Members’ Account.

3. Pre-Paid Plans

Should of all you would like to terminate your PrePaid Plans for whatsoever reasons, you will need to share with us the reason/s why in writing to [email protected] and we will make the reimbursements to your banking account within 30 days after we have approved in writing the termination.
