Setting up a laundry service is easy! Create your account on our website by joining as a Member. A one-time membership fee of RM30.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Only) is required. In return, we will deliver to you a LaundryKaki Bag.
Once a member, you’ll be assigned a Membership Number through email. Then place your first order!
Our basic service is wash & fold. This includes wet-washing garments, drying and folding. You can have the following options :
Option 1 : Self Drop-off & Self-collect - you drop-off and pick-up your laundry from our designated laundromat.
Option 2 : Self Drop-off & Delivery - you drop-off at our designated laundromat and we send to you the cleaned load
Option 3 : Pick-up & Self-collect - we collect your laundry from you and you self-collect the cleaned laundry from our designated laundromat
Option 4 : Pick-Up & Delivery - we collect your laundry and deliver to you when it is ready.
When you join us as a Member for the first time, our system will automatically track the distance between your address and our designated laundromat. We can only serve you if the distance is within 8KM. You will be informed instantly during the Membership Registration process.
We clean both every day, personal laundry and laundry for businesses. Everything from tee-shirts to tablecloths, we can clean them! We CANNOT accept the following items as these specific items often require a specialized cleaning process that we are not equipped to provide as clothing care experts.
1) Certain Non-Clothing Items
Priced by the bag, not by the kilogram. If it fits, it’ll get washed. The bag must be closed all the way and any items in the bag must be able to be machine-washed and dried.
We charge only RM16.00 for washing, drying, and folding (per bag) excluding delivery charges. For more details, please refer to Pricing
Simple, just place your orders with us everytime you need our services.
We will deliver to you the Laundry Bag within 48 hours after you joined us as a Member. Inside this Laundry Bag, there is nylon bag which is intended for your dirty laundry. This way, we do not mix your dirty linen with the clean load upon returning to you.
You will need to ensure that the Laundry Bag can be zipped up upon putting in your load. You can always order another bag from us for the "surplus".

We charge RM30.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Only) for an extra LaundryKaki non-woven bags. You may make the payment through our website and it'll be delivered to you within 48 hours.
You can schedule a pick up by creating an order via your account dashboard when signed into our site.
#1) Sign in to your Account,
#2) Choose "New Laundry" within the Dashboard
#3) Create order and select a day and time for pickup and delivery.
#4) Make payment
We have already placed a nylon bag, delivered together with the new Laundry Bag. The purpose of the nylon bag is to store the dirty linen when we collect from you. We do not mix your dirty linen with the clean ones. Your clean laundry will be place inside the Laundry Bag.
You will need to pay upon putting in the details of your Pick Up and Delivery time and date. Orders will only be taken after confirmation of payment.
All payment will need to be made on-line. We accept Visa/ Master Credit Cards, Debit Cards from major banks and major eWallet.
Our pricing is based on per Bag basis. We charge only RM16.00 per bag and RM4.00 per trip for a distance below 4KM. Additional RM1.00 is charged for every KM above 4KM.
For your convenience, LaundryKaki accepts on-line payment through our website via iPay88 payment gateway.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay). We accept all major e-Wallet payment as well (TouchNGo, Boost, GrabPay, MaybankQR etc)
Yes! We're able to wet-wash comforters of all sizes as long as the comforters can be fitted into a fully zipped up Laundry Bag
We do not provide dry cleaning at present.
All our laundry is machine-wash only. We do not do handwashed items.
We do not provide ironing services at present.
Absolutely Not! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never mix your clothes with another customer’s clothing
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry. However please do take not that we will not be responsible for any lost items inside your pockets. So, as a gentle reminder; please ensure nothing valuable is left with your dirty linen.
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. So you may schedule a Self Pick-Up or our Delivery Services, 48 hours from your own Drop-Off or our Pick-Up Services.
Yes you can. Just send us an email 24 hours prior; notifying us the new arrangement and provide us the Name and Contact number of the assigned person. To maintain the security of your items, we will not dropoff to anyone other than yourself, unless you specifically contact us and instruct us otherwise.
If you miss your pick-up or drop off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 3 hours before your scheduled time.
We would love to be able to inventorize every piece of laundry you give us. Unfortunately, it is cost-prohibitive for us to do so. As a result we can't be held responsible for any lost laundry; we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we actually received any particular piece of laundry in the first place.
If you do believe you are missing something from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes to or (60) 18-2131 136 — we are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported early.
In any case reimbursement for lost wash and fold items shall not exceed three (3) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load.
